The man driving the boat seemingly suffered a medical emergency while on the lake and passed out with the engine still going full speed.

First responders rescued an unresponsive man on a boat spinning out of control on a lake in Florida, according to the Volusia Sheriff’s Office. The rescue crew jumped on board, stopped the boat and brought the man back to shore.
