Multiple people were bitten after 10 "aggressive" loose dogs attacked customers and authorities at a Kwik Trip gas station Monday.

There were reportedly 10 dogs loose, and police said the animals' “aggressive nature” required the use of pepper spray.

One person was struck with 15 municipal citations and a criminal offense referral in Wisconsin stemming from responsibility for 10 dogs that were loose and biting people. According to the Madison Police Department,
