Kelly Osbourne's engagement to Sid Wilson wound up being a family affair. The Slipknot DJ proposed to the former "Fashion Police" co-host backstage at Ozzy Osbourne's final show Saturday, and she said yes.

Sid Wilson proposed to Kelly Obsourne surrounded by her parents, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, as well as "all of our friends."
