C OLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - The Colorado Springs Police Department is searching for a missing 13-year-old last seen on Monday at 5 p.m. Police said 13-year-old James Kelvin Greer Jr. was last seen leaving his mother’s home on Donney Brook Court, near Cheyenne Meadows Road and Highway 115.

When Colorado Springs police officers approached, the man ran and reached into his waistband. One officer fired at the man and hit him.
