Authorities say Shamar Summerall shot a woman Tuesday in Richmond Heights before taking his own life Wednesday morning in Mayfield Heights.

An hours-long search for a man suspected of killing a young woman in Richmond Heights is over after Mayfield Heights police said he was found dead from an "an apparent self-inflicted gunshot” wound.

In Richmond Heights, a woman was shot dead, and the suspect, found dead later, was identified as Shamar Summeral. A baby was found unharmed at the scene.
