A multi-agency search and rescue team has recovered the body of a swimmer who went missing earlier this week in Liberty Reservoir.
The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue Team, along with members of the Southeast Michigan Dive Group, are searching White Lake for the missing man. The incident happened shortly after 7 p.m. on Saturday, July 5, in White Lake Township. The man went into the lake about 40 feet from shore and did not resurface, police said.
