Community Foundation of Elkhart County to help those impacted by Martin’s shooting
The foundation has already begun collecting money through its Community Crisis Fund, which was first created back in 2007. Foundation President Pete McCown says the money will not go directly to victims at this time, but it will be given to other groups who will then use the money to help those impacted by the shooting.
