YPF是阿根廷经济的重要支柱。据统计，该公司不仅是全国投资额最高的企业，仅2024年就投入了50亿美元，主要用于开发“瓦卡穆埃尔塔”非常规油气资源。此外，YPF主导全国石油和燃料供应，掌控约56%的柴油和汽油销售市场，并通过旗下1,680家“Full”加油站，成为全国最大的咖啡零售商和汉堡销售第二大品牌。
