FISHERSVILLE — Virginia State Police have released the name of the victim killed in a two-vehicle crash Thursday in Augusta County. Police said Mark E. Lotts, 67, of Stuarts Draft, died Thursday in a crash that took place in the 1400 block of Tinkling Spring Road.
